1977 Chevrolet Pickup
Owner: Vince and Trisha Thiel
The United States Army owned our 1977 Chevy truck when it was a 2 wheel drive 6 cylinder with A4 speed transmission. After serving our service men and women, it was retired and sold at an auction at Fort Ripley. We acquired it in Motley around 1992 when it was still very solid and sporting dark green paint with the original wood bed. In 1994 a four-wheel drive chassis was bought to convert and do a mild restoration. I wanted to build something unique and fun.
